Non proprio un prodotto tipico, ma sicuramente una prelibatezza locale da non perdere: i cicheti sono una sorta di stuzzichino che i veneziani amano consumare prima dei pasti. Qualche acciuga, delle uova sode, polpettine di carne, tartine… poco importa: quello che conta è accompagnare queste piccole sfiziosità a del buon vino oppure al popolare spritz. Si trovano soprattutto nei tradizionali bacari.
